This is so important. You should have multiple mentor that you can reach out to in a collaborative group environment. if there is a Mentor that say i know it all, run a way from him. Real estate is very board and one mentor can humanly be good at one or two thing max. Myself for example i would love how to show you how to invest in real estate and identifying cash flow property, but don’t come to me for open house question, there are other expert in the group that do that.
